I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to you for your excellent service. You listened while I awkwardly tried to explain what I wanted and then you made suggestions, gave some advice regarding culture and arranged the flowers exactly if not better. The floral arrangement exceeded my expectations - they were beautiful, elegant and artistically arranged. I felt content and pleased that I was able to give beautiful flowers as a graceful tribute to Mrs. Yang and as a gesture of sympathy to the family. Several people at the funeral service commented on how lovely they look.
